Self-service copying

  • Paper copies: SEK 2 per page
  • Scanning to email or USB stick: Free of charge
  • Purchase of USB stick: SEK 65
  • Copy card with 15 copies: SEK 30

Copying from archival material

To protect rare and fragile materials, all copying is done by library staff using scanners.
To request scans, please contact: specialsamlingar@statensmusikverk.se

  • Paper copy: SEK 50 base fee + SEK 8 per page
  • Digital files on CD/DVD: SEK 50 base fee + SEK 30 for disc + SEK 4 per file
  • Photographs (digital files): First 10 images free of charge, then SEK 100 base fee + SEK 20 per image
  • Sound recordings (MP3 or WAV): First 10 recordings free of charge, then SEK 250 per recorded hour

Interlibrary loans

Lending to other libraries: Free of charge. Requests must be made via the borrowing library.

Paper or scanned copies (PDF):

  • 1–10 copies: Free of charge
  • 11–20 copies: SEK 50
  • 21–30 copies: SEK 100
  • Over 30 copies: SEK 4 per page

Requests must be placed by the borrowing library. An invoice will be sent to the requesting library.

Postage is added to invoices for international deliveries.

All prices are exempt from VAT.

Borrowing from other libraries

  • Within the Nordic region: Free of charge
  • Outside the Nordic region: SEK 200 per loan
  • Copies ordered from other libraries: SEK 75 per article or work

Expert services

Basic assistance with searching our catalogues is always free of charge.
If specialist help is needed, the following fees apply:

  • First 30 minutes: Free of charge
  • For personal use: SEK 400 per hour
  • For commercial use: SEK 800 per hour

Other charges

  • Postage: Actual cost (VAT included for deliveries within Sweden)
