Looking for sheet music for your orchestra? Here you will find information about our orchestral collection and how to borrow materials.
A wide range of works to borrow
We offer more than 6,000 complete works for orchestras and large ensembles — available to borrow from anywhere in Sweden.
Our orchestral collection includes music for:
- symphony orchestra
- chamber orchestra
- string orchestra
- solo instrument and orchestra
- salon orchestra
- symphonic wind orchestra
- big band
- works for solo voice, choir and orchestra, such as opera excerpts, oratorios, masses, cantatas, and concert arias

How to request orchestral materials
You can place requests via:

- The catalogue for music sheets (pre-1985)

To request individual parts from an orchestral work, please call or email us directly.
Order and delivery times
Orchestras and institutions across Sweden are welcome to borrow from us.
If you can’t collect the materials in person, we’ll send them by post.
To receive a full orchestral set the next working day, place your order before 12:00 noon.
Orders placed over the weekend will be ready for pick-up or shipping the following Tuesday.
Loan terms
- The standard loan period for complete orchestral sets is 2 months.
- You may borrow up to 14 complete works at a time.
- If you borrow only a conductor’s score for rehearsal, the loan period is 14 days (shipping time not included).
- Interlibrary loans within Sweden are free of charge.
- International loans are limited to Swedish orchestral works and cost SEK 500 per work, plus postage.
Each orchestra or music group must appoint one person responsible for all loans.
Always check the number of parts upon delivery and notify us immediately if anything is missing.
Returned materials must be sorted according to the score order.
Returning interlibrary loans
To ensure smooth and secure returns of borrowed orchestral materials, please follow these steps:
1. Use a trackable shipping method
Send the materials as a trackable parcel, such as business parcel or registered post with a tracking number. We recommend using PostNord.
The borrower is responsible for return postage and ensuring the materials arrive on time.
