Phone hours: Tuesday\u2013Thursday, 10:00\u201312:00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/external-link-icon><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"w-constrained richtext\"><external-link-icon>\n<p>To request individual parts from an orchestral work, please call or email us directly.<\/p>\n<\/external-link-icon><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"w-constrained richtext\"><external-link-icon>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order and delivery times<\/h2>\n<\/external-link-icon><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"w-constrained richtext\"><external-link-icon>\n<p>Orchestras and institutions across Sweden are welcome to borrow from us.<br>If you can\u2019t collect the materials in person, we\u2019ll send them by post.<\/p>\n<\/external-link-icon><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"w-constrained richtext\"><external-link-icon>\n<p>To receive a full orchestral set the next working day, place your order <strong>before 12:00 noon<\/strong>.<br>Orders placed over the weekend will be ready for pick-up or shipping the following <strong>Tuesday<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/external-link-icon><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"w-constrained richtext\"><external-link-icon>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Loan terms<\/h2>\n<\/external-link-icon><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"w-constrained richtext\"><external-link-icon>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The standard loan period for complete orchestral sets is <strong>2 months<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may borrow up to <strong>14 complete works<\/strong> at a time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you borrow only a conductor\u2019s score for rehearsal, the loan period is <strong>14 days<\/strong> (shipping time not included).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interlibrary loans within Sweden are <strong>free of charge<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International loans are limited to Swedish orchestral works and cost <strong>SEK 500 per work<\/strong>, plus postage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/external-link-icon><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"w-constrained richtext\"><external-link-icon>\n<p>Each orchestra or music group must appoint <strong>one person responsible<\/strong> for all loans.<\/p>\n<\/external-link-icon><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"w-constrained richtext\"><external-link-icon>\n<p>Always check the number of parts upon delivery and notify us immediately if anything is missing.<br>Returned materials must be sorted according to the score order.<\/p>\n<\/external-link-icon><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"w-constrained richtext\"><external-link-icon>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returning interlibrary loans<\/h2>\n<\/external-link-icon><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"w-constrained richtext\"><external-link-icon>\n<p>To ensure smooth and secure returns of borrowed orchestral materials, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n<\/external-link-icon><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"w-constrained richtext\"><external-link-icon>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Use a trackable shipping method<\/h3>\n<\/external-link-icon><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"w-constrained richtext\"><external-link-icon>\n<p>Send the materials as a <strong>trackable parcel<\/strong>, such as business parcel or registered post with a tracking number. We recommend using <strong>PostNord<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/external-link-icon><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"w-constrained richtext\"><external-link-icon>\n<p>The borrower is responsible for return postage and ensuring the materials arrive on time.<\/p>\n<\/external-link-icon><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"w-constrained richtext\"><external-link-icon>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
